Dress - day one

I've been a "good" girl this time and finished at least one project prior to starting another.

My Miralda variation is off the needles.

I've started another project. A spring dress in Wollmeise 80/20 sock yarn. Casted on yesterday afternoon. Below is a pic of the first day knitting. Now the real challenge is to continue knitting blue st stitches "forever". My goal is to finish this week - I really need a tight goal this time to stay put on the blue st stithces.

    One week to finish blue in sock weight yarn! Wow! You can wear your dress in two weeks :)

    The shawl is so so beautiful! I just love the colors and the drapiness of the yarn.
    Oh how I wish I could do lace. Maybe one day!
